How To: Manage your Candle Club Subscription

Here we have gathered a few important notes about managing your Old Pine Candle Club subscription:

  • Upon your purchase, we start packing up your Candle of the Month to ship to you. Mark the date on your calendar; it will be the date your candle ships each month.
  • Immediately, you will receive an order confirmation email from our store.
  • Shortly after your purchase, you will see a "Recurring order purchase confirmation" in your inbox. Save this email! It links to the page where you can manage your subscription. Add one-time purchases to your Candle Club shipment, update shipping and payment information, manage the frequency of your subscription, and pause or cancel your membership any time. Note: Your first month of Candle Club will not appear on your delivery schedule. Only the next 4 months of deliveries will appear.
  • Expect a recurring order purchase confirmation email each month a few days before your Candle Club order ships. This is a great time to add one-time purchases to your order and get that free shipping perk of being a Candle Club member.
