Hi friends—
Lately, I’ve been reflecting on community, connection, and what it means to move through the season with more intention. I’ve found myself slowing down (finally), craving tea, and listening to that quiet nudge to take better care of myself. On a recent hike with Ryan, we started dreaming about fall and longer nights and this idea sparked—what if we created a nightly ritual, starting with something as simple as lighting a candle? Just one small moment to ground in, and then an hour to nurture yourself—stretch, read, soak, breathe. My body actually got chills thinking about it. So this fall, I’m starting a little evening ritual practice, and I’d love for you to join me. What might your nighttime routine look like?
